Sign up today and make Sawfish Bay Distributing your choice for outsourced fulfillment.  By submitting your application and becoming a customer of Sawfish Bay, you will have access to a continually expanding catalog of products.  The product lines include consumer electronics, computers and peripherals, home and outdoor, and sporting goods and memorabilia.


 


Account Application Process:




  • Online application completion by Corporate Officer is required
  • Your account will be established and secured with a credit card.  All orders will be placed using the credit card on file.  Please click here to fill out the required credit card authorization form
  • A valid state resale tax certificate is required

  • A copy of a valid drivers license or State ID of the credit card holder for verification purposes is required


  • You will need to fax the Credit Card authorization Form, State Resale Certificate and Copy of Drivers license to us at 800.790.8053 - in order to complete your account setup.

 


Terms and Conditions:



1)     Start-Up Fee

 

·       Sawfish Bay Distrbuting.com charges a one-time Account Start-Up Fee of $75.00.  This fee will be charged to your credit card during the account set up process.  If your credit card is denied, your account will not be approved. 

This fee covers the time and resources in establishment of your account.  However, we are confident that you will find great Selection, Price and Service at Sawfish Bay Distributing.com.  Therefore, the $75 fee will be refunded after your first $500 in orders have been placed (must be placed within the first 6 months of opening your account).

 


2)  Ordering


 


·       Sawfish Bay Distributing.com will only accept orders placed via our website or via Email (Email orders may have a longer processing time than orders placed via our website).  All orders placed via email must include the following information:


o      Account Name


o      Account Number


o      PO Number


o      Sawfish Bay SKU#


o      Quantity Ordered


o      Ship To Name and Address


o      Ship To Phone Number


 


·       Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 2PM EST on a normal business day on the same day that the order is received.  Any order not shipped that day will be shipped the next business day contingent on product availability.


 


·       Each order will be sent directly to your customer as per your ordering instructions. 


 


·       All shipments will be “blind” and not have reference to any company information.


 


·       You will be given access to our password protected website that has your pricing, product information, and product availability once you become a customer.


 


·       Each order will be assessed a $3.50 handling fee.


 


·       You will receive a shipped confirmation email the following day that allows you to login into your account and retrieve the tracking number for that order.


 


·       Terms and Conditions are bound by this agreement with Sawfish Bay Distributing.com regardless of what terms you include on your orders.


 


·       Sawfish Bay Distributing.com will not price protect product for any reason.


 


2)     Shipping


 


·       Orders will be shipped via Sawfish Bay’s UPS account via the service level that you specify on your order (i.e. Ground, 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air).  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped Air due to carrier regulations.  Orders being shipped to PO Box or APO/FPO will ship via USPS and require our return address on the shipping label.


 


·       Each shipment will be assessed a freight charge that will include the published residential shipping rate for the particular weight of the product, zone and size, along with surcharges, insurance charges and other fees as applicable.  All shipments may be subject to dimensional and oversized freight charges as well as appropriate fuel surcharges. 


 


·       Sawfish Bay Distributing.com reserves the right to ship oversized products via truck lines and will make an effort to you notify you of these charges prior to shipping.  However, if you do not respond within a reasonable period of time the product will be shipped and you will be subject to all charges associated with the shipment.


 


3)     Backorders/Cancellations


 


·       Backorders will be shipped automatically upon receipt of goods. 


·       Request for cancellations must be made via email to cancel@sawfishbaydistributing.com.  Without written confirmation of cancellation, you are still responsible for payment including handling fees and shipping charges.


 


·       Orders can only be cancelled if they are on backorder.


 


·       If a problem exists with an order, it will be cancelled 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages informing you of an issue.


 


4)     Returns/Refusals


 


·       All returns require an RMA number that needs to be requested via email at rma@sawfishbaydistributing.com.  All products returned without this authorization will be refused.


 


·       All non-defective returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee within 60days of purchase.  Handling fees and freight charges are non-refundable.  Non-defective product will only be accepted in re-sellable, new condition with all original packaging.


 


·       Defective product can be returned to Sawfish Bay Distributing.com within 30 days of sale.  After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer under their individual guidelines.  Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for merchandise costs – You are responsible for handling the transaction with your customer.  If a replacement order is being sent, a new order must be placed that includes a new PO# and will be charged freight and handling fees.  Handling fees and freight are non-refundable. 


 


·       All returns must be returned to Sawfish Bay Distributing.com freight prepaid regardless of reason. 


 


·       Sawfish Bay Distributing.com is not liable for any taxes, duties, freight or any other charges for products shipping outside the continental U.S. regardless of reason.


 


·       You are responsible for all freight charges and return service charges on any refused orders.  We will credit your account for all merchandise less 10% restocking fee.  Freight charges and handling fees will not be refunded.  A new Purchase Order is required for reshipments and will include freight and handling charges.


 

5)     Damages/Mis-shipments

 


·       Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released from warehouse.  You are responsible for making damage claims with the carrier as soon as the damage is detected.  All damage claims must be made within 10 days of delivery receipt.


 


·       Mis-shipments must be reported to Sawfish Bay Distributing.com within 10 days of delivery.  Original documents and enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved.  Mis-shipments will be credited upon their return.  A replacement product must be ordered again with a new PO#.  If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, you must contact Sawfish Bay Distributing for an RMA number for return. 


 


6)     Accounting


 


·       You will be responsible for collecting payment from your customers as we will not bill any of your customers directly.


 


·       No cash refunds will be provided.  Credits/Refunds will be applied to the credit card on file.


 


·       Any double shipments or mis-shipments, regardless of reason, is still your financial responsibility.  A credit will not be processed for any reason until the merchandise is returned. 


 


·       Your invoice for each order will be system generated via email to the email address provided by you during your account set up.


 


·       We do not charge sales to, but you are required to follow the sales tax guidelines as governed by any applicable law.


 


7)  Confidential Information


 


·       During the course of business between Sawfish Bay Distributing.com and you, the fulfillment customer, Sawfish Bay Distributing.com may disclose certain confidential and proprietary information ("Confidential Information") to you. Confidential information shall include all data, materials, products, inventory information, technology, computer programs, specifications, manuals, business plans, software, marketing plans, financial information, and other information disclosed or submitted orally, in writing, or by any other media. Nothing herein shall require Sawfish Bay Distributing.com to disclose any of its information.


 


 8)  Fulfillment Customer's Obligations


 


·       You agree that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to Sawfish Bay Distributing.com and you shall hold the same in confidence and shall not use the Confidential Information other than for the purposes of your sales with your customers. You will not disclose, publish, or otherwise reveal any of the Confidential Information received from Sawfish Bay Distributing.com to any other party whatsoever.


 


·       Confidential Information furnished in tangible form shall not be duplicated by you or any of your employees except for the purposes of this Agreement. Upon the request of Sawfish Bay Distributing.com, you must return all Confidential Information received in written or tangible form, including copies or reproductions or other media containing such Confidential Information, within ten (10) days of such request.


 


9)     General Provisions


 


·       The term of this agreement is 12 months, with an automatic month to month renewal following the initial 12 month period unless otherwise terminated for reasons as previously outlined.


 


·       You will comply with all applicable present and future federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including laws constructed for direct marketing avenues via internet sales.


 


·       This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior written or verbal agreements or representations. 


 


·       This agreement shall be subject to, and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.  Any lawsuit involving this agreement must be filed in Palm Beach County, Florida.
